REGISTRATION / HOW TO REGISTER
Registration opens September 1, 2026. The entry deadline is December 1, 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration is completed through SportWrench. Payments received after the deadline may have a $100 surcharge. Use the REGISTER button above for the current club registration link.
SCHEDULE & LIVE SCHEDULE
Schedules will be posted the Wednesday prior to the tournament weekend. Schedule-related questions will not be addressed until after the schedule has been posted. Because unavoidable changes can occur after Wednesday, check the live schedule again the day before the tournament.
ADMISSIONS
Spectator admission is handled online for A5 events. After purchase, spectators may receive a digital ticket or QR code that must be presented for entry. A valid photo ID may also be required. Children under 5 are free at events where the published event policy states this. Use the ADMISSIONS button above for the current event ticket link.
HOTELS
Hotel requirements vary by tournament. Some events use a Stay to Play / preferred housing program and may require qualifying teams to maintain a hotel reservation through the designated housing partner. Teams within the published local driving-distance exception may be exempt. Use the HOTELS button above for current event housing information.
OFFICIALS & TEAM OFFICIATING
The tournament supplies the designated first referee (R1) where specified for the event. Participating teams are responsible for the remaining officiating crew when assigned. Officiating assignments are included in the competition schedule. In bracket play, a team may be assigned to officiate after its match or before its next scheduled match.
