The Peach State Tour is a series of 3 one day events. These events are geared for localand regional programs. All Peach State events are sanctioned by JVA/AAU. THESE ARE NOT SRVA EVENTS. However, USAV members are welcome to attend. Events will be held at the A5 Sportsplex in Roswell, GA or Suwanee Sports Academy in Suwanee, GA. Additional locations will be added based on interest. Teams may sign up
for any number of events.

ENTRY DEADLINE – March 7, 2026 (Or when space is filled.)

 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

*Four to Five Matches Guaranteed

Saturday 1/2 Day Format
The format will consist of pool play followed directly by bracket play.

  • All Divisions will be in a 1/2 day format for this event

  • Waves will be either AM or PM start time depending on age group

  • All pool play matches with start at 4-4

  • 4 team pools will play 2 out of 3 with deciding set starting at 0 and played to 15

  • 3 team pools will be 3 sets to 25 starting at 4-4 and will consist of a crossover match 

*Teams that receive a first round bye may not receive a consolation match*

 

DIVISIONS

Club - Competitive teams with moderate experience
Local - Teams with limited experience, focused on development

 

TIE-BREAKERS

There will NOT be any tie-breaking games played.

2-Way Tie

In the case of a tie, the teams will be ranked by head-to-head results

3-Way Tie

In the case of a 3-way tie: set percentage, and then, if necessary, point percentage.

 

REGISTRATION

Registration for this event will open on September 1, 2025. The deadline for entry is March 7, 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached. Registration for this tournament is done through www.sportwrench.com. Payments received after the deadline will have a $100 surcharge added. 

SCHEDULE

Schedules will be posted the Wednesday prior to the tournament weekend. Schedule related questions will not be addressed until after the schedule has been posted.

 

LIVE SCHEDULE

Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Wednesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.

ADMISSIONS

Upon purchase a QR code will be sent via email. This QR code will need to be presented along with a valid form of ID i.e. drivers license for entry into the tournament. This process is done in order to ensure that our events are kept private and to better protect the athletes and spectators. Children under 5 are free.

AWARDS

1st and 2nd place in the Gold Bracket will receive awards.

HOTELS

We offer a Preferred Stay and Play Hotel Company to help with your hotel reservations. CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION ON HOTELS If you are within driving distance from the venue 90 miles, we will waive the hotel requirements. The hotel requirements are 8 total Hotel Nights. INFORMATION FOR HOTELS AVIALABLE

OFFICIALS

The tournament will supply R1 officials for all courts and matches. Each team will need to supply the rest of the officiating crew. For the finals the tournament will try to also supply R2.

 

TEAM OFFICIATING OBLIGATIONS

Referee schedules are included in the pool play assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing a bracket play will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If your scheduled to ref a match before you play, please be in place no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time.

TOURNAMENT PARKING

A5 Sportsplex 

Parking is conveniently located at the facility.  Overflow parking can be found across Houze Way at the Tolbert Yilmaz Dance Studio.  Please use the parking at the back of the facility. 

Suwanee Sports Academy

Parking is conveniently located at the facility.  Overflow parking can be found across McGinnis Ferry Road at Suwanee Creek Greenway parking lot.  

FACILITY RULES

Due to the incidents in the previous years, there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by athletes/teams and spectators in the venues. Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only.

Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the playing facilities. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehaviors may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.

 

ATHLETIC TRAINERS

Athletic Trainers are provided through Emory Healthcare Sports Medicine.  Athletic Trainers who are available to tape and assist with minor injuries as well as serve as a first responder to more serious injuries. Athletes are encouraged to provide tape and pre-warp for any pre-existing needs. Tape and pre-wrap are only provided by the tournament for emergency purposes.

 

ARTIFICIAL NOISE

No Speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

A5 Sportsplex

The Sportsplex will have food vendors located in the main lobby area.

Absolutely no outside food or beverage are permitted inside the facility. Team Coolers will not be allowed into the competition venue.  Tailgating is permitted in the parking lot.

Suwanee Sports Academy

The SSA have a concession stand onsite.  Absolutely no outside food or beverage are permitted inside the facility. Team Coolers will not be allowed into the competition venue

 

FOOD TABLES

There will be no food tables permitted at any A5 tournament used facility. Athletes need to keep water and snacks inside their backpacks.

ENTRY FEE

  • PLEASE NOTE: Checks will not be accepted. Payments via credit card and ACH can be made on SportWrench

  • From SportWrench, you can pay online.

  • PAY ONLINE:

    • By credit card or ACH (bank check).  The date of receipt will be recorded as the moment we receive confirmation that your payment has been verified.​​

    • Entry fees can be paid online with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)

TEAM CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to tournaments@a5volleyball.com

  • Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the full entry fee.

  • Withdrawals made in writing within 45 Days to 30 Days will receive a 50% refund.

  • Any team withdrawing INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will forfeit its entire entry fee.

  • Any team that has not paid entry fee by 1 week prior to start of tournament will be automatically dropped from event.

  • Paid entry fees are not transferable to another team within or outside of your club.

  •  Processing fee is non-refundable.

  • Any team not attending and failing to withdraw with A5 Tournaments prior to the tournament may be subject to penalties for future participation in A5 Tournaments competition.

ROSTER DISCLAIMER

  •  All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization.

  •  All players must meet age classifications requirements.

  • All staff listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with USAV.
